Master's Program
The University of Arkansas at Little Rocks Masters degree in College
Student Affairs is designed for men and women with demonstrated leadership potential;

to the improvement of higher education. The program at UALR prepares students
for entry-level student affairs administrative positions and also serves as
a vehicle of advancement for student services administrators.

The University of Arkansas at Little Rocks Doctoral Program in Student
Affairs Administration prepares students for a wide range of administrative
roles in institutions of higher education. In addition to providing the necessary
professional skills and knowledge, the faculty seeks to facilitate the development
of students leadership potential, and inspire commitment and dedication
to the field of higher and post-secondary education.
The program is designed as a highly personalized experience, focusing on each students specific needs and aspirations.
