Payment and Cancellation Policy

Registrations can be paid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All fees must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not accepted. Refunds will be given for cancellations, received in writing at ACPA by June 21, 2019. After June 21, 2019, there are no refunds. ACPA reserves the right to charge a service fee of US$50 for returned checks. Registrations are non-transferable. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees will be fully refunded; however, ACPA will not be responsible for other additional costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines and/or travel agencies.

Lodging

Participants are provided lodging on campus at the University of Oklahoma in residence halls at the rates listed below.  Participants can register for lodging through the event registration.

Sunday/Monday Single Room: $86.00

Saturday/Sunday/Monday Single Room: $124.00

Sunday/Monday/Tuesday Single Room: $124.00

Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday Single Room: $162.00

Additional information about lodging will be shared with registered participants.

Participants can choose to make their own arrangements and stay in an off campus hotel if they prefer.

Transportation

For travel purposes, the Institute begins at 3:00pm on Sunday, 21 July and ends at 3:00pm on Tuesday, 23 July 2019. We suggest that attendees book flights arriving in Oklahoma City by 1:00pm on Thursday and book flights that depart Oklahoma City after 5:00pm on Tuesday.

The Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) is located in Oklahoma City and serviced by several major airlines. The airport is approximately 20 miles from the University of Oklahoma Campus.

Airport Express provides shuttles between the Will Rogers World Airport and the University of Oklahoma Campus. The cost of the shuttle is $41.32 one way for the first person on the reservation and $3 for each additional person on the reservation. Visit the website or call 405-681-3311 to book.

Taxis, Uber, and Lyft rideshares are also available. An Uber or Lyft from the airport to the University of Oklahoma Campus will cost $25-$35 (depending on time of day, traffic, and other factors). A taxi may cost $50 or more.
