Institutional Membership
ACPA Institutional Membership provides a direct way to align your institution with the ACPA mission, vision, values and Strategic Imperative for Racial Justice & Decolonization. Current ACPA Institutional Members believe that membership serves as a unique benefit to employees and shows a dedicated commitment to meeting their professional development needs.
Your Institutional Membership Category is determined by your four-year institutions Full-Time Enrollment. Each category is offered at a different price point and provides unique membership benefits. Two-year college rates can be found here.

ACPA is proud to announce our new All Campus Membership type designed to fit your need of providing ACPA membership to ALL student affairs leaders and students on your campus!
The ACPA All Campus Membership type expands upon the benefits of our existing Institutional Membership type by giving ACPA membership to any and all individuals on your campus you choose. These individuals will not have to pay the individual $99 membership fee and simply receive ACPA membership benefits thanks to you!
The All Campus Membership type was developed as a pilot in 2017 and eight institutions have since participated: California Polytechnic University-San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly), California State University – San Bernardino, Holy Names University (CA), Syracuse University (NY), Radford University (VA), Samuel Merritt University (CA),University of Pennsylvania, and Virginia Tech.

Community college institutional membership
The ACPA Community College Institutional Membership option is designed to fit the needs of Student Affairs and Services professionals interested in providing ACPA membership benefits to leaders and students at two-year colleges.
ACPA strongly recognizes that community colleges serve the majority of all enrolled students in the United States, including the majority of underrepresented, first generation and lower income students. We created this membership type as an affordable way to give ACPA member benefits to as many professionals or students as you’d like so they can continue impacting your campus community.

Option 1: Become a Community College INSTITUTIONAL Member
As a Community College Institutional Member, you will receive the following membership benefits:

- Anyone at your institution who wishes to join ACPA can do so for a $99 individual rate instead of $179

graduate preparation program membership
Provide ACPA membership to ALL students and faculty within your program by becoming an ACPA Graduate Preparation Program member!
This membership type was developed in October 2021 after the success of the ACPA21 Graduate Program registration option, highlighting the need for ACPA to provide faculty and academic departments the opportunity to offer membership to all students enrolled in their higher education/student affairs programs.
The ACPA Graduate Preparation Program Membership gives ACPA membership to all students and faculty within your program, without the need for them to pay a membership fee! By supporting students in these programs ACPA affirms its commitment to the profession and to the upcoming generations of leaders in the fields of student affairs, student support and higher education.
