Awards

Each year the Latin@/x Network within the Coalition for Multicultural Affairs recognizes outstanding practitioners in the field of Student Affairs who have made significant contributions to the Latina/o community on their campus or in the greater community. If you or someone you know has made significant contributions to the Latin@ Network, ACPA, or their respective community, then please consider nominating this person for a Latin@/x Network Award.

This year the Latin@/x network will be presenting two awards. The John Hernandez Leadership Award is given to an outstanding practitioner in the field of Student Affairs who has demonstrated leadership, citizenship and mentorship within the Latin@/x Network and/or ACPA. The second award, the Community Advancement Service Award (aka CASA) is given to an outstanding practitioner in the field of Student Affairs who has made significant contributions to the Latin@/x community on their campus or in the greater community.

The Latin@ Network Awards Nomination Packet is available online.
