The 2017 Residential Curriculum Institute has reached capacity. Save the date for our 2018 Residential Curriculum Institute, 14-17 October 2018. Registration for the 2018 institute  will open in late October of this year. We do anticipate the Institute will continue to sell out each year, so register early!

Team Discount

To take advantage of team registration rates, all participants must be ACPA members through October 19th. All team members should be registered at the same time, using the "Add a Person" feature to the team leader's registration.  For assistance, contact Schawn Abello at sabello@acpa.nche.edu .

PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than seven (7) registrants in your group, please add all registrants to your group order and on the payment page select "Groups Larger Than 7, Choose This Option". Please then notify Schawn Abello at sabello@acpa.nche.edu . Manual discounts will be applied to your order. You will still be able to pay by credit card online after the discounts are applied, as well as by check.

Lodging

Hotel reservations must be made separately. The host hotel for RCI is the Marriott Conference Center at the National Center for Employee Development.   ACPA has negotiated a rate of $135.00 per night plus tax (currently 12%).  Click here to reserve your hotel room! 
 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Registrations can be paid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All fees must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not accepted. Refunds will be given for cancellations, received in writing at ACPA by September 15, 2017 less a US$55 processing fee. After September 15th, there are no refunds. ACPA reserves the right to charge a service fee of US$50 for returned checks. A processing fee of US$50 per registration will be charged for credit cards declined or to change payment methods after the initial payment is processed. Registrations are non-transferable. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees will be fully refunded; however, ACPA will not be responsible for other additional costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines and/or travel agencies.
