REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

To register for the 2011 Support Staff Conference, please complete the following Registration Form.

 

Once you have registered, please submit your payment by sending a check to Michael Puma, Treasurer. Any questions about payment or payment options should be directed to Michael Puma. You can also request an Invoice for your office by emailing Mike Puma.
