The Minnesota College Personnel Association Board, as per its constitutional requirement, meets on a monthly basis to conduct official business of the Association. The transactions, discussions and decisions of the MCPA Board are recorded in the official business minutes and posted to the website, for the Association membership to view.

MCPA Board meetings intentionally cover a variety of geographical regions in Minnesota as well as institution type (2-year, 4-year, Public, Private, etc.) All MCPA Board meetings are open to the Association membership for attendance. Each Board Meeting runs 10AM-3PM, with an open breakfast reception at 9AM for employees of the host or nearby colleges to meet the MCPA Board and learn more about the professional development & networking opportunities MCPA offers its members.
