A Rich …Tradition
The Missouri College Personnel Association has been actively working with Student Affairs professionals and the students they serve for over 30 years. Over the years, the association has provided networking and developmental opportunities for its over 200 members.

An Effective …Future
MoCPA continues today, growing and changing to meet the needs of today’s professionals. Professionals can count on MoCPA to provide high quality, low cost opportunities for development and support. Regular conferences and topical workshops are excellent local opportunities to continue to learn and improve in the field of Student Affairs. The MoCPA newsletter continues to include information that it pertinent and helpful to our daily work.

Benefits of … Membership
• Conferences — Annual MoCPA conferences are typically held in October in a central location in the state. A mix of invited and submitted programs ensures a quality educational experience. Many professionals of all levels attend, making for excellent networking opportunities as well.
• Workshops — Periodic drive-in topical workshops are held to address specific areas of Student Affairs in depth. Expert practitioners or academicians present the workshops.
• Newsletter — The MoCPA newsletter is sent out regularly with organizational information and articles on topics of interest to professionals.
• Networking — MoCPA publishes a state-wide directory of members. The organization will also soon provide list-servs and other ways to exchange information in the field.
