Anti-racism has been described as an active and conscious effort to work against multidimensional aspects of racism. To be clear: It is action that lies at the heart of anti-racism, focused on challenging and changing systems, policies, and power. This conversation brings together senior leaders at the institutional level, from student affairs and academic affairs, and ACPA-College Student Educators International to share their perspectives on anti-racist work in higher education.
