For travel purposes, the Training begins on Wednesday, 11 December 2019 at 9:00am and ends on Friday, 13 December 2019 at 1:00pm. We suggest that attendees book a flight that arrives before Wednesday and departs on Friday after 3:00pm.
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located in Orlando, Florida and is serviced by most major airlines. The airport is located 17 miles from the host hotel.
Shuttle: A shared ride shuttle is provided by Mears Transportation between the airport and the host hotel for $24 one-way or $38 round trip per person
Taxi, Uber, and Lyft rideshares: An Uber or Lyft from the airport to the host hotel will cost $32-45 (depending on time of day, traffic, and other factors). A taxi may cost $60 or more.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Registrations can be paid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All fees must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not accepted. Refunds will be given for cancellations, received in writing at ACPA by 5 November 2019. After 5 November 2019, there are no refunds. ACPA reserves the right to charge a service fee of US$50 for returned checks. Registrations are non-transferable. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees will be fully refunded; however, ACPA will not be responsible for other additional costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines and/or travel agencies.
