Registrations can be paid by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All fees must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not accepted. Refunds will be given for cancellations, received in writing at ACPA by 14 September, 2019. After 14 September, 2019, there are no refunds.  A processing fee of US$50 per registration will be charged for credit cards declined or to change payment methods after the initial payment is processed. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees will be fully refunded; however, ACPA will not be responsible for other additional costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines and/or travel agencies.Payment and Cancellation Policy


The host hotel for the Institute is the Anaheim Marriott. Single rooms are available for $219/night, plus tax, Reservations can be made online at our group rate booking link.


For travel purposes, the institute begins at 7:30am on Sunday, October 13th and ends at noon on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. We suggest that attendees arrive on Saturday, and book flights that depart after 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 15.

The John Wayne Airport (SNA) is located in Orange County, Santa Ana, California and serviced by several major airlines. The airport is approximately 12 miles from the Anaheim Marriott

There are an array of shuttles providing service between the John Wayne Airport and the Anaheim Marriott.  Some shuttles provide transportation to the Anaheim Convention Center area.  As the Anaheim Marriott is next to the Convention Center these shuttles are options.  The cost of shuttles are between $13-17 one way.

Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and Wingz rideshares are also available. An Uber, Lyft, or Wingz from the airport to the Anaheim Marriott will cost $20-$25 (depending on time of day, traffic, and other factors). A taxi may cost $50 or more.
